My name is Sandra Encinas and I have been working in the world of fitness and nutrition for more than 17 years. My experience during all these years leads me to transform the way of training from the physical and take it more to the emotional and mental.

My training as a nutritionist, a graduate in physical activity and sport sciences and as a gestural therapist have led me to transform the way I manage my life and that of my students. That is why I have created this new way of training through transformational coaching.
