Hello, we are Sandra Encinas and Madhav Maheswari, the creators of Inner Experience, a retreat designed to offer a unique fusion of well-being and personal growth. We met in India, and since then , we have joined forces and visions, combining the best of our cultures to give you an unforgettable experience.

We represent the warmth and closeness of Spanish culture, along with the spirituality and depth of Indian culture. Our passion for well-being and healthy living has led us to create this space where discipline and balance are essential.

From the 12th to the 20th of April in 2025, we are waiting for you in Dharamshala, in the magical Himalayan Mountains.

The spiritual land of India together with the powerful team of Madhav and myself, Sandra, will guide you to open your body, mind and spirit to an authentic Inner experience.

Sandra Encinas is a multifaceted wellness expert with extensive experience in promoting health and well-being through holistic practices. Her journey began with a profound personal transformation during a trip to mystical India, where she met her co-creator, Madhav Maheswari. Together, they envisioned Inner Experience, a unique retreat that combines the richness of Latin warmth and Indian spirituality.

Her philosophy is rooted in the idea that “we are what we eat,” and therefore, she emphasizes the importance of consuming empowering, nutritious, and natural foods. Her commitment to sustainable living is reflected in the menus she designs for Inner Experience, using organic, locally-sourced ingredients harvested from the retreat’s own farm.

NUTRITION

At Inner Experience, nutrition is a fundamental part of our retreat. Our menu is meticulously designed to reduce inflammation and detoxify your body, helping you achieve a state of complete well-being.

All the food we offer is vegetarian, made with local, gluten-free, and organic products harvested from our own farm. Embracing sustainable and natural food practices, our menu also follows the principles of Ayurvedic medicine.

As an anti-inflammatory nutritionist, I, Sandra, have personally overseen the menu to ensure it meets all guidelines for reducing inflammation while being highly nutritious and delicious. We are committed to using fresh, high-quality ingredients that support your health and revitalize your energy. Our dishes are crafted to nourish both your body and mind, aiding you in experiencing a comprehensive transformation from within.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund less a €100 administration fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your spot to someone else.
